Long-term care insurance
Your policy may cover part or all of the cost. Coverage varies, so check with your provider.
Veterans Affairs Canada
Veterans who qualify for the Veterans Independence Program may receive funding for personal care and home support.
Ontario Seniors Care at Home Tax Credit
Ontarians aged 70+ may get a refundable credit of up to 25% of eligible costs, to a maximum of $1,500 a year. Income-tested.
Federal medical expense tax credit
Personal care and nursing care from qualified caregivers may be claimed on your federal tax return.
RRSP / RRIF withdrawals

Do we always get the same caregiver?
Yes. We guarantee the same dedicated caregiver for every visit. Consistency is one of the most important things we offer.
What happens if our caregiver is sick?
Every client has a backup caregiver. If your primary caregiver can’t attend, your backup is sent so care never stops.
How do we know the caregiver actually showed up?
Caregivers clock in and out with GPS on our scheduling platform. We can monitor shifts and send visit summaries on request.
Are your caregivers insured and background checked?
Yes. Every caregiver is police-checked, fully insured and WSIB-covered before their first shift.
Can we change our care plan after we start?
Absolutely. We review every care plan regularly and can adjust services, schedule or hours at any time.
How much notice do we need to cancel?
We require 30 days’ written notice. There are no penalties and no long-term lock-in.
Do you offer nursing care or just PSW?
Both. We offer companion care, personal care, clinical nursing (RPN and RN) and overnight care.
Can you help overnight?
Yes. Overnight care is available, and our support line is open 24/7.
How do we pay for home care?
We accept e-transfer, credit card and cheque. There are also several ways to help cover the cost, listed above.
Is home care tax deductible in Ontario?
Eligible expenses may qualify for the Ontario Seniors Care at Home Tax Credit and the federal Medical Expense Tax Credit. Ask your tax advisor to confirm.
